While the explorers and adventurers of the 1920s spent a lot of time camping, the queen-sized bed provides a lot more comfort than sleeping in a tent. Google Home can provide you with jungle sounds if you wish, or whatever music suits your taste.  The Adventurer has its own daybed – perfect for relaxing or for those needing an extra bed.

The Adventurer is exactly what you would expect a 1920s adventurer to come home to.  Luxury with souvenirs of their travels, and a few hand-made touches. The bathroom is ensuite  All sheets and towels are 100% cotton, washed with fragrance-free soaps.

Breakfast is provided upstairs in the dining area or on the deck in good weather.  Most ingredients are locally sourced and made from scratch by the proprietor herself.  Check out the example menu here.

You will also have access to the deck with a BBQ and some Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the sunset.

The  the suite has a small fridge, microwave, kettle and dishes for your use.

Not suitable for children under 2.  Sorry, no pets (dogs are welcome in the Log Cottage which is just across the driveway).
