Instant Chocolate Cake

This is my favourite new find from Low Carb with Jennifer.  Great recipes! Chocolate cake in less than 5 minutes.

I put the solids together in a jar for my interview with Vanessa Vander Valk – CBC NB Shift’s special segment What’s Cooking (You can listen to the interview here.  I’m going to keep a few jars of these on hand in case anyone drops in.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tablespoon oil (any type, I use olive oil)
  • 3 Tablespoons Almond flour
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar free granulated sweetener
  • 1 Tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 Egg, beaten

Instructions:  Mix everything together in a mug and microwave for 1 minute.  Enjoy.
